Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only on the 777j Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. 777j reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and forfeit any associated balances without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify 777j immediately at [email protected]. 777j recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account for enhanced security.
777j is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests. You may be asked to provide government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.
You are responsible for keeping your Account information current and accurate. If any of your registered details change — including your email address, mobile number, or GCash/PayMaya wallet — you must update your Account promptly. 777j is not responsible for failed communications or transactions resulting from outdated Account information.
777j accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 777j does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all payment methods used must be registered in your own name.
The minimum deposit amount on 777j is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. 777j is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days following successful KYC verification. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfers. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. 777j reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been used to make a deposit on the Account, or to a verified account in the Player's own name. 777j does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Withdrawal requests may be declined if the Account has outstanding wagering requirements on active bonus funds.
All transactions on the 777j Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). 777j does not charge currency conversion fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges for currency conversion if applicable.
777j offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms. Unless otherwise specified, only wagers placed on eligible games contribute toward wagering requirements.
777j employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to obtain bonuses, placing low-risk or hedged bets to meet wagering requirements, and exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose. Any Player found to be abusing bonuses will have their Account suspended and all associated bonus funds and winnings forfeited.
Bonus Funds and associated free spins expire within the timeframe specified in each promotion's terms. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the Account Balance without compensation. It is the Player's responsibility to be aware of applicable expiry dates.
777j reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected Players as promptly as reasonably practicable.

The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is determined by the game's software provider and is available within the game's information panel. RTP figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes for individual gaming sessions.
In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or technical fault that affects the outcome of a game round, 777j reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager amount to the Player's Account. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. 777j will not be liable for any losses arising from game malfunctions beyond the refund of the affected wager.
Sports betting on 777j is governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and market, as published on the Platform. In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a sports bet, 777j's decision — made in good faith based on available information — shall be final and binding.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude 777j's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
777j reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive. Upon termination for cause, any Balance in your Account may be forfeited.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting 777j support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, 777j will process any remaining real-money Balance (net of any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) to your verified payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe.
Upon termination of your Account for any reason, your license to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising between you and 777j that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts.
777j operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR. Any regulatory complaints may be directed to PAGCOR through their official channels.
777j reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 777j will notify registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.
The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the 777j Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
